2.1. Registration Requirements

2.1.1. Being registered as a Player and opening an Account are necessary for participating in the Games offered on our Website. For the avoidance of any doubt, each Player is obliged to register personally in order to use the Services available on our Website.

2.1.2. We expressly prohibit any form of account fraud, collusion, use of multiple Accounts, manipulation of the Software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical abuse by the Player and any other kind of behavior which amounts to deliberate cheating by such Player. Players therefore acknowledge and confirm that they:

do not make use of any masking techniques, VPN, or proxy server during the registration of the Account or while accessing the Games;

do not make use of any masking techniques, VPN, or proxy server during the registration of the Account or while accessing the Games;
do not make use of any bots, spyware, or any other software program to play or predict any Game offered;
do not play with money or resources derived from criminal activities or criminality as such;
credit cards usage is not allowed; and/or
do not use bank accounts, debit cards or any other payment method belonging to any other third party and not to the Player.

2.1.3. Players hereby acknowledge and agree that they will be required to provide personal information and documents (including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, occupation, annual gross income, source of wealth, source of funds, proof of payment method beneficiary, selfie photograph, liveness check) not only when registering their Account but also during the business relationship with our Company (i.e. withdrawal, change of address, change of payment method), due to General Regulatory Obligations and to Responsible Gaming requirements. Players need to keep their personal details up to date at all times and correct them when changes occur in their personal details.

2.1.4. We utilize automated systems to detect the use of emulators, virtual environments, developer tools, or other software designed to manipulate or disguise device identity. If our security systems identify a high-risk device profile, we reserve the right to require enhanced verification, including but not limited to Liveness Checks and ID verification, before account access or transactions are permitted.

2.1.5. Any Account on the Website may only be held by one person. You must use the Services on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or company, and you may not allow any other person including, without limitation, any individual who is not Legally of Age to access and/or use your Account and/or directly receive any profit from the use of that Account and/or accept access to and participate in any of the Services. You understand that you are fully responsible for any losses incurred by a third party on your Account. You must inform us immediately if you suspect that a third party has gained access to your Account and shall assist us fully in our investigation of the matter.

2.1.6. Players can open/register only one Account (per brand), which will be the only Account they can use to play the games. It is possible for the customer to open an account with all our brands. In these cases, if the Player does open such accounts, the Player acknowledges that the company will take a single customer view in order to assess the collective activity of the customer with the Group.

2.1.7. Accounts linked to the same device/household/IP address/name or email address (in each instance a “Duplicate Account”) are not allowed. In the event of suspicion regarding the existence of Duplicate Accounts, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Accounts pending further investigation and, if it determines the existence of a Prohibited Practice, to take such action as it may deem necessary as stipulated in this User Agreement. If it is confirmed that multiple accounts are registered with us, all accounts will be closed except the first registered account. Winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining deposits returned on the closed accounts accordingly. Lost deposits as a result of confirmed bets on a duplicate account will not qualify for a refund.

2.1.8. For the avoidance of doubt, corporate accounts are not allowed. The Company reserves the right not to accept an application for an Account in its sole discretion.

2.1.9. IN ORDER TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE, YOU MUST (I) BE A NATURAL PERSON, (II) BE LEGALLY OF AGE, (III) BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UK, (IV) NOT BE A SELF-EXCLUDED PERSON, (V) OPEN AN ACCOUNT SOLELY FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE AND NOT ACT ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE (INCLUDING BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME), AND (VI) NOT BE A COMPANY EMPLOYEE OR THE SPOUSE, PARTNER, PARENT, CHILD OR SIBLING OF A COMPANY EMPLOYEE.

2.1.10. YOU HEREBY WARRANT THAT ALL DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY YOU UPON REGISTRATION OR PRIOR DEPOSIT/WITHDRAWAL WITH US ARE TRUE, CORRECT AND COMPLETE, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE OBLIGED TO IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE COMPANY OF ANY CHANGES IN THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

2.1.11. If any of the information that you provide to us is found to be untrue, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise incomplete, you will be in breach of this User Agreement and we reserve the right to terminate your Account immediately and/or prevent you from using our Services, in addition to any other action that we may choose to take as stipulated in this User Agreement.

2.1.12. You hereby warrant and represent that you have not notified us, now or in the past, that you have a gambling addiction, have not held an Account with us that was terminated or suspended for breach, or currently hold an Account that is still active. You acknowledge and agree that the information provided by you during the registration of your Account will be used to screen for any false or suspicious information, possible Duplicate Accounts, and against self-exclusion lists.

2.1.13. You warrant that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion from any brand operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited (a full list of the brands can be found here) and you have not signed up to a national self-exclusion register (such as GAMSTOP) which excludes you from gambling.

2.1.14. If we discover or reasonably believe that you are accessing the services in a country in which the use of the services is not legal or in jurisdictions from which we do not accept customers, we shall be entitled to immediately suspend or close your account and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such suspension or closure. In the case of closure, any balance on your Account on the date of closure will be refunded to you as soon as practicable.

2.1.15. You hereby undertake to inform us within 1 (one) business day after registration of your Account, by sending an e-mail to support@betlegend.co.uk if you are (i) a PEP; (ii) a family member of a PEP; or (iii) a person closely associated to a PEP. Management approval is needed for establishing or continuing a business relationship with PEPs.

(i) Politically Exposed Person (PEP) — a person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public function, including a heads of state, heads of government, ministers and deputy or assistant ministers; members of parliament or of similar legislative bodies; members of the governing bodies of political parties; members of supreme courts, constitutional courts or other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances; members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks; ambassadors, chargés d’affaires and high-ranking officers in armed forces; members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises; directors, deputy directors and members of the board or equivalent function of an international organization. (ii) A family member of the politically exposed person — a person having the following relation to the person referred to in Paragraph (i): a) a spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse. A person shall be considered as an equivalent to a spouse only if the laws and regulations of the relevant country establish such status, b) a child of the politically exposed person or a child of the spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse of the politically exposed person, his/her spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse, c) a parent, grandparent or a grandchild, d) a brother or a sister; (iii) A person closely related to a politically exposed person — a natural person regarding which it is known that this person has a business or any other close relationship with any of the persons referred to in Paragraph (i) , or is a shareholder of the same company as any of the persons referred to in Paragraph (i), as well as a natural person being the only owner of a legal formation regarding which it is known that it has actually been established in favor of the person referred above.

2.2. Registration Details

2.2.1. Once you register and open an Account with us, this Account will serve as your identity for as long as you will be using our Services. No one but you is allowed to use your Account and you should not disclose your username and password to anyone. We take absolutely no responsibility for any third party accessing your Account and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of such an event.

2.2.2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your personal details which may impact the use of your Account (e.g. a change of address or new bank card details). If any of these details change, please notify us using: (i) the facility provided on our Website; or (2) via Customer Service.

2.2.3. You are obliged to keep your Account information, username, and password fully confidential, and you are solely responsible for keeping your log in details secure. You take full responsibility of the security of any linked email address, and the security (password protected, locked screen, and the like) of any personal computer or device on which the Player’s Account is accessible, and the Company shall not be held responsible if there is unauthorized use of the Account when the Company itself is not at fault.

2.2.4. You are solely responsible for all activities, transactions, deposits and/or losses that may occur on your Account, where such are not the result of an act or omission by the Company in the settlement of a transaction. Any person who identifies himself or herself by entering your Account with the correct username and password is assumed by us to be you and all activities will be regarded as valid and authorized by you.

2.2.5. You must inform us immediately by contacting Customer Service at support@betlegend.co.uk of any unauthorized access and/or use to your Account or any suspicion that someone else knows your username and password and we will suspend your Account pending further investigation of such unauthorized use.

2.2.6. Subject to verification, you may update your details by contacting Customer Service at support@betlegend.co.uk.

2.2.7. We may disclose some or all of the details submitted to us by you via the Services to third party partners for the purposes of carrying out various functions required for delivery of our Services. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details. In order for you to use certain Services, in particular our Sports (including virtual sport events), Casino and Live Casino, it may be necessary to provide you with software provided by a third party. The provider of such software may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions governing the use of their products which you will be made aware of for acceptance as required. You shall not interfere with, modify, or reverse engineer any software provided to you by us or any third party. We do not accept any liability in respect of any third-party software.

2.3. Player Verification

2.3.1. Before allowing a prospective Player to open an Account with us, the Company conducts an assessment of whether the applicant for registration meets the requirements for registration. For this purpose, we require all prospective Players to enter all mandatory information requested on the registration form, in particular: name and surname, birth date, phone number/s, country of residence and address, along with valid e-mail address.

2.3.2. The Player acknowledges and agrees that they shall be identified and verified upon registration on our Website, through the use of an electronic verification system, strictly to comply with General Regulatory Obligations. The Player acknowledges and agrees that where electronic verification cannot successfully identify and verify them, the Player will need to provide documentation in a digital format, that will clearly ascertain their identity before the Player can deposit, make use of a bonus or otherwise make any wagers on the Website. Further, the Company shall additionally verify a Player in an enhanced manner, when strictly necessary to comply with General Regulatory Obligations, including but not limited to:

A Player failing our electronic identity and age verification check;
A Player reaching certain responsible gaming and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) thresholds;
A Player using high risk payment method(s);
A Player requesting a withdrawal from a different payment method to the one used for depositing;
A Player hasn’t provided documentary proof for being the beneficiary of the used payment method;
A Player using multiple payment method(s);
A Player reaching specific deposit or withdrawal thresholds;
The identification and verification of a Player’s source of funds and/or wealth;
Any suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity; and/or;
Renewal of existing Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation which has expired since submission.

2.3.3. The Player is aware that under the circumstances described in Section ‎2.3.2, we are required by the General Regulatory Obligations to carry out further verification checks and that this could entail necessary delays to any pending withdrawal request until all checks are satisfied. This could also entail that we may require that a Player provides multiple documentation including a valid form of ID, proof of address, utility bills, bank statements, information in relation to registration on self-exclusion schemes and additional information to verify the Player's source of funds and source of wealth, including but not limited to a contract or other equivalent official documentation, bank account statements, information related to payment methods and/or pay slips as the case may be. Customers must be able to verify ownership of any payment method used for deposits. This includes providing clear copies of cards, account statements, or screenshots of digital wallets when requested.

2.3.4. In deciding whether to accept the registration of the Player, the Company may provide the information received from the Player to authorized credit reference agencies to confirm the Player’s identity and card information. Authorized credit reference agencies check any details regarding the Player as provided by the Company in databases (public or private) and keep records of such verification. By accepting this User Agreement and registering on the Website, the Player agrees that the Company may process the personal information provided by the Player during registration and disclose it to authorized credit reference agencies for identification of the Player.

2.3.5. In the event that the Company finds, or suspect for any reason, that the conditions for registration are not fulfilled, the Company has the right to refuse an application and, in the case of a Player who is already registered, to immediately suspend that Player from using the Services on the Website pending further investigation.

2.3.6. Where a registered Player has provided false or incomplete information during the registration process, the Company is both entitled and obliged to cancel the Player’s registration and close their Account.

2.3.7. All contractual obligations already accepted under this User Agreement will be fulfilled by the Company and all funds deposited by the Player will be refunded to the payment method originally used to deposit to the Account, unless stipulated otherwise.

2.3.8. In order to comply with our obligations under applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulatory standards, as well as to prevent other illegal and fraudulent activity on our Website, the Company reserves the right to request further documentation at any point in time. The Company undertakes not to make the withdrawal of funds subject to additional verification unless such request is reasonably necessary to prevent or rule out suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other such illegal activity, or is otherwise necessary for the Company to undertake in order to comply with its obligations relating thereto.

2.3.9. The Company reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities, operators, online service providers and banks, credit companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions about the Player’s identity in case of discovery of any illegal or fraudulent activity, performed by the Player.
